I absolutely adored this messed up and chaotic book. Everything is against you; you have no allies and everyone wants you out of the picture. So what do you do, #patty ? Put on some high heels, flawless makeup and a gorgeous gown and look at this disappointing and cruel world in the face. This book is an exhilarating ride! #patrickmccabe gives us a character riddled with contradictions, flaws and at the end deeply human. You can’t but be captivated and want to read compulsively.
