This awesome book I purchased in a museum in Chicago years ago is a good example of having reference books to help you read fiction. This week I’ve been and will continue posting stories taking place around the #silkroad or #centralasia and this book has a very complete and #illustrated list of #manuscripts used in the area previously and currently. I tried to also take a few pictures of the pictures inside the book: #bactrian from #tibet or #khotanese or #hebrew from #samarkand or #kufic from Eastern #iran The illustrations also come with #maps and historical information.
