Difficult not to read #seventeentomatoes by #jaspreetsingh and not to think about #afghanistan . The #shortstories in this book travel back and forth from the magical and mythical to the mundane and daily lives. It’s all interconnected, even the worst of all of the cruelties human being are so capable of. I know there’s a thread uniting these stories. I’d like to think there isn’t any at all instead.
