A lot of ruptures and tragic ends here connected somehow with each other and without realizing it. #salawidely known in his native #catalunyapaints a bleak and hopeless region trying to grasp with rapid decay and sudden #death death of a lifestyle, death of an era. Abrupt end also means a #vacuum and that void inevitably has to be filled with something: addictions, violence, etc. I particularly enjoyed his use of even the dead voices to remind us of what we see and experience as ruptures are sometimes a matter of perception.
