Isn’t life just a jump from one obsession to another? Isn’t this whole #bookstagram or instagram for that matter just a massive collective obsession? #mda is not necessarily looking for explanations or to understand what plagues our obsessed characters. They are all in their each obsessive paths and you are there to observe obsessively, mind you. I gotta be honest. I wasn’t particularly interested in the ending. Perhaps Mda didn’t know how to end such an obsessive tale. How do you end an all-consuming obsession? Either you succumb or you crawl back into your bland life.
